An Arkansas journalism graduate has been promoted to assistant athletic director for media relations and communication at Rogers State University.
Ryan Bradley, the sports information director at RSU, earned the promotion by helping growth within the department, RSU Athletic Director Wren Baker said.
Bradley has created an athletics Web site for the school and has produced several award-winning publications, Baker said.
“Ryan has proven himself to be a leader of the highest caliber in our athletics department,” Baker said. “He has done a tremendous job in promoting our programs, and this new title better reflects his role within our department.”
Bradley worked in the media relations office for the Memphis Redbirds, the Triple-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, before joining the RSU staff in 2006.
While at Arkansas, Bradley worked as a student assistant in the media relations department.
Bradley’s duties at RSU include working with the members of the media, compiling statistics for the school and producing publications and press releases.
